TUITIONS AND FEES SCHEDULE FOR 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR   

REGISTRATION FEE:      

•  Registration fee is a non refundable fee
•   $575.00 Registration fee per child 
•   $50 Testing fee 

REGISTRATION FEE COVERS:

• Book rental & consumable workbooks
• Annual Yearbook (1 per child)
• PTC Fee (25.00 first child and 10.00 each additional child)
• SAT Testing

TUITION RATES

PAYMENT OPTIONS 

• Tuition is based on a 10 month period - July 1^st through April 1st
• Tuitions paid in full by June 30th will receive a 10% discount
• Tuitions paid in 2 payments (July 1st and December 1st) will receive a 5% discount.

The above tuition rates do not include extra curricular activities such as sports programs, Astro Camp, field trips, homework club, childcare and after school clubs. Fees for these activities will be invoiced and paid separately.

GRADUATION FEES

• $125 Graduation fee for all 8th grade students
• $50 Graduation fee for all Kindergarten

PARISHIONER DISCOUNT 15%

• Parishioner discount can only be given to registered families--
• Those who have been attending St. John's Church for a period of 12 months prior to requesting a discount.
• During the year, families must also demonstrate involvement and service to the parish; faithful to worship
• (Sign-in book will be in the Narthex following the Sunday Eucharist);
• And be contributors of record (offerings) of at least $10 per week.

SMART TUITION

• St. John'swill be using SMART TUITION MANAGEMENT COMPANY for tuition payments beginning in March 2010.
• You will be given several choices from which accounts to withdraw your tuition.
• Choices are: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), checking account or savings account can be used.

Tuitions payments can only be made through SMART TUITION.

• There will be a one-time $43 fee per family withdrawn from your account in July 2010.
• This is a separate fee and not part of your regular tuition payment.
